DILG Sec. Jesse Robredo's remains were found and brought to the coasts of Masbate. Bodies were found in the fuselage, 180ft deep & 800m off shore.
Sec. Jesse Robredo is a DLSU alumnus, who graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
