Manila Bay squatters make a concrete "igloo" on Baywalk

Sherwin Alfaro, DZRH News. took this photo of a woman living near the Manila Bay breakwater, standing beside what looks like a small igloo made out of concrete decorative blocks that used to line Baywalk. There are now about six of these small concrete huts there.
