CBCP umaasa na mabilis ang trial

Umaasa ang Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines o CBCP na mabilis na matatapos ang impeachment trial kay Chief Justice Renato Corona.


Iginiit ni CBCP Vice President at Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas na mahalagang mapabilis ang proseso nang sa gayon ay makakabalik na ang bansa sa normal na sitwasyon at matututukan na ang mga mahihirap.

Naniniwala si Villegas na ang mga mahihirap ang mga tahimik na biktima sa impeachment process dahil naaantala  ang mga serbisyo ng gobyerno.

Tila naisasantabi rin umano ang mga problema sa kapaligiran, pabahay, agrikultura at isyu ng pamamahagi ng lupa nang dahil sa impeachment process.

Dahil duon, sinabi ni Villegas na ipinagdarasal nila na matatapos na ang paglilitis sa lalong madaling panahon nang sa gayon ay matutukan na rin sa lalong madaling panahon ang mga mahihirap. B. Gonzales
