PAGCOR is currently in the headlines, thanks - or no thanks? - to an investigation done by a former FBI director commissioned by Wynn Resorts on the dealings of Kazuo Okada, company director, who was charged with "breach of fiduciary duty" when he violated the company's code of conduct, by spending some $110,000 for Philippine government officials and consultants.
