DOH rep lectures on disease prevention during DZRH Makabagong Bayanihan Community Education Series on September 15, 2012. This was at Barangay Tatalon, Quezon City, and was the start of a bimonthly series where DZRH takes lecturers from government agencies and civic organizations out to the barangay, and does an on-air seminar on various community-oriented topics. This month's subject matter is disaster preparedness.
