What: HOPE for the HOLIDAYS: The Cubao X Christmas Bazaar 
Where: Cubao X grounds 
When: 5pm-2am, Friday-Saturday
Nov. 16-17, Nov. 30 - Dec. 1, Dec. 7-8, Dec. 14-15, Dec. 21-22 

The following are details, rules & regulations that the Concessionaire will agree to fully abide by during all the dates of his/her participation in the HOPE FOR THE HOLIDAYS: Cubao X Bazaar:

I. Booth Type, Inclusions, Cost:


1) Latagan + Tented spaces available:

I. Latagan:
- 20 available spaces/day
- size: 6ft x 6ft
- covered area, with overhead light, no available electrical outlet
- cost: P600/selling day
- display materials ARE NOT PROVIDED
- the total display height allowed of all items in the latagan area is 3 feet high

II.Booth-type
- 6 available spaces/day
- 12'x12' tented space under a 12'x 24' large tent divided into 2 equal rectangular spaces
- with overhead lighting, + electrical outlet
- cost: P2,200/day
- tables/chairs/display materials ARE NOT PROVIDED.
- booth sharing is allowed, provided there is only 1 contact person/booth - the original registrant - that the organizers will interact with. The registrant will take full responsibility for the welfare of and the behavior of his/her booth partners & companions, and the organizers will assume that all sellers, whether or not they are the original registrant, are aware of the rules & regulations.

II. Products Allowed to be sold:

**Pre-loved / Vintage / 2nd-hand / Used / Old Stock / Brand-new / Recycled & Upcycled /
Locally Made / Locally Produced / Locally Grown**

- Clothes / Shoes / Bags / Jewelry
- Books / Magazines
- Toys / Stationery
- Arts & Crafts / Arts & Crafts Supplies
- Original CDs & DVDs
- Henna Tattoo & other Body Art services (1 such seller/day only)
- Food & Drink in gift packs
- Furniture / Home & Office Decor
- Toiletries / Make-up
- Plants & Flowers

II. Products Not Allowed to be sold:
- Fakes / Overruns / Replicas of known brand-name products
- "Singapore" perfumes & cosmetics
- Fireworks / Dangerous & Illegal Weapons
- Dangerous & Illegal Drugs
- Any product that promotes/advocates unacceptable acts as deemed inappropriate by the organizer = (such as pornography, pedophilia, discrimination, et.al)
- Cook- or serve-on-the-spot foods & drink (in due respect to the on-site restaurants of Cubao X)

III. Payment:
- Only FULL CASH payments are accepted.
- Registrants are charged P100 registration fee per application.
- An acknowledgment receipt, copy of the rules & MOA will be given upon full payment.
- Acquisition of multiple selling spaces will not lower the space costs. However, only 1 registration fee per application, no matter if it is for single or multiple selling spaces, is necessary. Registering on different dates for additional stalls however requires payment of the registration fee again.

IV. NO RECEIPT, NO SET-UP, No exceptions allowed. Concessionaires MUST show their receipts to the organizers before setting up.

V. The organizers have the right to re-organize the lay-out at the last minute without notifying the sellers if the need for it arises. Sellers will be assured of being given the space equal to what they paid for.

VI. Ingress & Egress
- Set-up time is 4pm. Spaces not set-up by 6:pm are rendered forfeit, and will be given over to the present sellers for their use, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Egress can begin as early as 11pm. Sellers are required to clear their selling space of all litter & leave their space empty & clean.

VII. Liabilities & Refunds:
- Under no circumstances will refunds be given for paid spaces, no matter what situation arises. The organizers are not bound to refund any payments for the cancellation of the events in the case of calamities, to wit: FIRE, TYPHOON, EARTHQUAKE, VOLCANIC ERUPTION, BOMBINGS, & other such disasters.
- Under no circumstances will the organizers or staff & personnel of Cubao Expo be responsible for the loss & or damage of goods both personal & mercantile of the seller during the entire duration of the event. Please secure your stall & belongings accordingly. You are strongly warned: PLEASE never leave your wallets, cellphones, tech gadgets & other such belongings beyond your reach. There are ALWAYS shoplifters & criminally-minded individuals in such events, and Cubao X has not been spared from such. AGAIN, please please please never leave your personal belongings alone or even under your chair or table - keep them on you at all times. Better safe than sorry, believe us please.

VIII. The organizers shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury suffered by sellers. If you experience any problems during the fair, please inform the organizers immediately. Complaints will not be entertained after the event.

IX. Sellers will not be allowed to play music, movies or videos in their selling spaces so as not to create unnecessary noise traffic. If you are selling music or film cds and want to sample them, please provide players with earphones for your customers.

X. Sellers must be within the selling space at all times, and not sell from outside their space.

XI. Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, playing of music, loud noise & disturbing activities will not be allowed inside the selling spaces during the set-up & event proper. Respect the surroundings, do not litter or destroy plants, structures, etc. Vandalism or damage to tables, walls, etc will be penalized.

XII. Sellers are encouraged but not confined to using recycled material for their packaging purposes such as old magazine/newspaper pages turned into paper bags, or cleaned plastic bags from previous purchases, cheaper brown paper bags as opposed to plastic "sando" bags - to present their sold merchandise in.

XIII. Abusive, hostile & otherwise intolerant behavior by sellers will be subject to removal from the area & subsequent banning from the event without reparation from the organizers if the situation is not diffused in a calm manner.

This event is acknowledged & given full permission by Mr. Servillano Aquino, Administrator of Cubao Expo. The READING ROOM (Shop #39, Cubao Expo, Gen. Romulo St., Araneta Center, Cubao QC) is an established shop, and has been open for business since 2007.
