Wonder what they're trying to construct at the area damaged by the storm surge during Pedring and Quiel back in 2011.
These large boulders, obviously cut from some mountain quarry somewhere, line the blvd from the MYC to Rajah Sulayman. Heavy equipment are also deployed there.
